Yesterday I was sittin on Dad's bed, and somefin happened. I got up and went to jump to the floor, but when I landed, my paw went ouch-ouch-ouch. Yipes! :( Mom and Dad got really scaired. Mom made an appointment for me to see the v-e-t later today. When D.R. came home from werk, she hugged me and petted me a lot. I felt a little better.
There were a lot of people walkin their dogs today. I knoes dat because a lot of dem went past our house. I barked a little, to say hi. It was fun when Mom decided to watch some teevee. I like the noises on some of the shows. They have trucks and splosions an' stuff. Also, she said she was keepin an eye on me until it was time to go see the dokter. :)

I like to write about lots of different things on my blog. Today is a little bit different, though: I will talk about just one thing, peace. This is something many people (and other living things) around the world don't get to have-- although they want it.

I hope that more and more people (and critters) will stop fighting and try to get along. We can all do a little something-- try extra hard to be nice to someone, even if you didn't before; say hi to people; meet new folks; write or call your people in Congress or Parliament or whatever it is where you live; pray or meditate; give to a local food bank or shelter; and more.

My Mom and Dad went on a trip! They went to Mexico. :) Now they are home. I was so happy when they came home yesterday, I jumped off the couch like I was a rocket.
D.R. had a sad time at the office. She has to go work in a noo department, and they only let her know by putting a note on her desk. Then she had to take a test, and the compooter din't work. After that, one of the bosses got upset and yelled at her. Zipes! It was Very Bad. D.R. said she wished I had been there, so she could have hugged me. She pet me a lot when she came home.
One good thing happened: D.R. went to a noo gym to work out. It was hard, but she thinks she did pretty well. Now her shoulder hurts a little, but she drank some chocolate meelks, which I can't have but is good for hoomans. :)

O hai, this is Keisha. I wants to wish everyone a Happy Halloween! Plz be safe. Don't let your pets have any chocolate, even if they want it, and that's true for onions and raisins too. We can't eat those, they are bad for our tummies. Use pet snacks instead! I like milkbones. :)
I got to be a great big dragon this year! We stayed at my house so we could give candy to all the kids. I didn't get to breathe fire, though. Next time I'll have to practice.
D.R. took me to the park in the afternoon! :) Yay! She wanted to do that before she had to go home and give the candy to the trick-or-treaters. So we got in the car and went to Lake Lisa Park. You are not allowed to go near the tiny lake, and I didn't see anybody named Lisa, but it was fun anyway. I sniffed a lot of things. They have palm trees there. I also walked on the grass. It was pretty warm, so we didn't stay very long. When we got home, D.R. gived me lots of fresh water. It was good. :)

This week, my Mom and Dad are goin on a speshul trip. They are goin on a crooze! :) That's when you go on a boat. This boat is goin to Mexico! :) They are goin for a few days. Mom and Dad get to have lots of food, dance and look at the pretty ocean. The boat is gonna stop in Mexico, where everybody gets to see stuff, and then everyone is comin back. I hope they get me a hat, or some candy.
I am stayin at home wit my friend D.R. She gave me some pizza for lunch! :) Wow, it was delicious. Later, I'm going out for a walk wit her. She was workin on some art before. She says she made a boo-boo and got a little paint on her fingers. Also, paint smells bad. D.R. had to go out of the room and get some fresh air. Then she felt better.
D.R. has a day off today and tomorrow, so she can have fun wit me. :) I am going to take a nap now. After that, it's walkies time, then dinner, and probably after that, we can watch teevee. Okay! I see u later. Thanks. :)

Mah Mom and Dad were watchin teevee on the couch the other day, and I jumped up to be with them. When I landed, I hurt mah foot. :( They looked at my paw, and then Mom and Dad said that because I is twelve, I probably has arf-ritis. Wow. I don't think I has to go to the v-e-t. I hope this doesn't stop me from going to the park and stuff. Mom said they have medicine for arf-ritis, and she will get me some.
Today I got to have a little bit of jelly when my hooman friend D.R. was makin a samwich. Mmmm! It was yummy. :)
It was raining today, which I don't like. :( There were big thunder booms in the sky. Also, it was rainin when I went out for my walkies, so mah furs got all wet. Dad pet me when I came back, tho, so I feel better. :)

Today I woke up kinda late. Mom was puttin away the stuff from the dishwasher. That macheen makes a lot of noise-- what's in there, maybe elves or something? Is that what they do when they are not makin toys for Santa?
D.R. filmed an awesum video of me. She was in her room and I camed in to say hi. There was a teevee on at the time, so u may hear some sounds in the background. Here is the vidyo:

My Dad gived me a brush-down with a cleen-cloth today. It was one of those things that is like a big tissue, but smells really good. It kinda helps in between b-a-f-f-s. He rubbed the cloff all over me, and after that, Mom said she couldn't smell anything, and D.R. said I din't have any bad smells anymore. Yay! :)
I got to sleep on the big bed today. I protected Dad while he was takin a nap. I took a nap too. Just in case he had any weird dreams about squirrels or ducks, I could have stopped them. He waked up okay, though. :)
There was a truck today, that brought a package for my friend D.R. I started barkin! I guess I barked a little too much, because she told me to stay inside, and she went out to sign the electronic thingy for the guy. She said thanks and came back inside. The box was full of a sweater, a card holder for her I.D. at work, and a passport holder made from recycled stuff. All the neat things were from the Animal Rescue Site, where they contribute to places that help take care of animoos. :)
Okay, Mom's gonna eat dinner, so I guess I'll see what there is. Thank u. I see u later. :)

Today was funny. I did some barking when I saw a guy go past our house. I didn't know him, so I started to bark. Mom and Dad looked out the window, though, and they said he was just going jogging. Oops. I also barked when I heard a truck.
The other day, I checked out D.R.'s room by bumping open the door, but I didn't go in. I just looked. Today, I went in, and sniffed some things on the floor. D.R. pet me. I was gonna jump on the bed, but I decided not to. I went to rest on the carpet in the hallway.
D.R. had to go learn stuff in another department at werk yesterday. She said she was scaird because they have to wear speshul space outfits and handle kemikals. Yipes! :( They made her fill out some paperwerk, but she does not know if she will have to werk in the noo department or not. D.R. had a confoozed. :( She came home, though, and got some sleep. Then she felt a leetle bit better.
D.R. was also startin to do some art and cartoony stuff. She likes to draw, and she has some speshul markers that she uses to do stuff. Also, she writes stories sometimes. D.R. said this weekend, she would like to work on them.
I am goin to watch teevee with Dad, and get some rest. See u later. Thanks. :)

Today I got to meet one of D.R.'s Mom's cousins, who lives in Californee but came to visit Floridey for the party yesterday. Her name is Florence and she is really nice. She stopped at the house today, and she sat on the couch and hugged me. I am always happy to meet new hoomans. :)
D.R. filmed an awesome new video with me and her hanging out together-- you can see it here.
